The Ex-XXL Trophy

How did it all start?
The web site of one of my favourite bike shops had been down for days and searching the 'net, I came across a cycling forum - http://www.cyclingplus.co.uk/forum/ - the forum for the Cycling Plus magazine. I logged in, had a look around and liked what I saw. One posting was from a chap called Kevin who wants to lose weight and he said that he would keep us updated as to his progress. I e-mailed him and suggested a friendly competition between us and anyone else who wanted to join. It just snow-balled from there.
Rules, regulations and restrictions
There are none! No-one is too old, too young, too light or too heavy! You can use any type of bike, we don't say that you have to do a set mileage All we ask of you is to e-mail with your weight every two weeks and we are not even strict with that, if you don't weigh in for weeks/months - no problem.
We are all winners!
What can you win? You will win a new & fitter 'you'! You also win a new set of clothes - unfortunately, you will have to buy these yourself but I am tempted to send someone a Bangkok T-shirt.
How are we doing?

This is the latest table, the positions are decided on a combination of BMI (Body Mass Index) and weight loss. Unfortunately, this table covers the Easter period and Mr. Cadbury has not helped but it's nice to have the occasional treat!

Kev has issued his fortnightly 'lose 3lb challenge' - who will win it?
